i simply cant stand my hair! it's bushes now! and i'm too lazy to go to a good one. waste bus fare too. so, i ended up at my neighbour's for a hair cut. $5 nia. and it's not bad. hahas. good deal. and can tell you, bus fare is really expensive, especially out with my mum! i spent almost $5 just on bus fare! used to have bus concession la! wah lau!!!

yesterday was good friday. dont tell me you went to temple like me. the scene was really insane. because it is also guan yi niang niang's birthday, the crowd was like as if they wanna fight for the tou zu xiang during chinese new year. you dont even need to go in to burn your joss sticks (you cant see the oil lamp anyway) cause there's many people who use their own lighters and do it outside and others just burn theirs from the one whose joss sticks are on fire. you dont even need to think of where to exit, cause the crowd will just squeeze you in the direction that will guide you all the way till you got out of the temple. weather's hot and i really feel like going home to bath and slack after that.

can tell you singaporeans really getting crazier and stupidier. their IQ is really declining now. no wonder government rather has more foreign talents. if you see what i saw yesterday after the praying, i bet you'll agree with me too (unless you're one of them). there's this car that parked at that narrow road which it took up one of the two lanes and everyone's crowding there. no accident, no nothing. neither to confront the driver too. they simply stand there, corwd around the car (not just a few of them, it's more than 20 persons la) just to watch the car. and yes, watch the car! the driver was nowhere in sight, perhaps still busy with the praying. and those idiots just stand there like they're his car watcher. WTH!

getting best deals during shopping have always been ladies' favourite. recently, i had gotten a great deal. was really elated about it. i signed up with true yoga. lolx. i cant believe i did go for the classes and was rather determined about it. initially, i had to pay...

$500 for new member fee +
$90 for processing fee +
$$179 monthly fee (x3 months upfront) +
GST

then, i got the deal at...

$50 for processing fee +
$159 monthly fee +
GST

so, i ended up paying $209+GST. okay, to many it's not really a great deal. in fact, i had fallen into the gimmicks trick. to think that i was once a marketing student. hurrr. but who cares. so what if other clubs like california fitness and amore are cheaper? so long as i've been enjoying myself and become healthier, i wont mind paying that sum. one month after joining, true yoga came up with another deal. cant believe this. this plan is meant for me i supposed. hahas. and the deal is that...

pay by credit card and reduce your monthly payment to just $100.50 nett. cool right?! and so, thanks to shireen that i've clinched this great deal! yipeeeeee!!! not only did she help me save $60+ per month, she even got me another month for free! why? cause she paid the full amount upfront and since she's a financial consultant (that's why she's really superb when dealing with this kinda thing), she got herself a month trial for free!! steady leh!

oh yes, a great introduction of shireen to everyone out there. if you have any intentions of buying any type of insurance or wanting to save money or plan for your future, but dont know who to turn to, i can introduce her to you. she's from prudential and she's really a nice one. even my own relatives who are in the same line not even on par with her. other advisors will think of how to clinch this deal with you to meet their target, but she would love to share with you more on the information that you should know from an advisor. others will sign the policy with you and only call you when they want you to sign up for more policies with them, but she will call you at times for a chat. others meet you up to tell you about other policies that you should plan to get, she will meet you up just for a meal or two. and she always offers to pay when i was student. now, i finally got a chance to treat her back! hahas! so, contact me if you are interested in buying any policies or just want some advise. even when my mum asked me to buy from her friend (AIA), i hestitated. as for shireen, i met her by chance and i bought a savings policy from her immediately after our second meeting. so, you can see how good i think she is. hehs.

been postponing the free massage from true spa, tomorrow must go! i guess by now, that true spa lady, marilyn, who called me up must be eager to meet me. she must be thinking "wah lau eh, this girl so busy de meh? keep forgetting and postponing the appointment. waste my phone bill." so, yes, tomorrow must go.
